I started my first day of volleyball camp yesterday. It was really fun, there was games drills and was really productive. However, I had never exercised for such a long time (8:30am-1pm) and after I came home not only were my arms swollen and bruised but my whole body aches. I feel like an elderly woman who can’t make her way around the house! I feel crippled. I took Ibuprofen 800 to make the pain go away but turns out im allergic to it now my eyes are swollen!
I didnt go to camp today, but I don’t know what to do, my neck hurts my legs , my thighs kill when i bend them, even my abs feel sore. What should I do? Please im only 15 and I feel like im an old lady who needs to be at retirement home because i can BARELY move!
any suggestion is welcomed

try taking calcium, just 1 tablet now and 1 before bed.
moving around, even though it hurts, is the best thing for you…stretching will also help.
sitting/laying down and doing nothing will turn you into a board…so, keep moving.
